Thanks for visiting! The word about my recently released CD, Just Another Wayside Attraction, is getting out and I hope you enjoy it. I'm tempted to write, "we hope you enjoy it," because there were dozens of people who made this happen, either by actual work or by inspiration, motivation and triple-daring. But I'm actually much nicer than most of those people and I'm not sure they hope you enjoy it at all. They just want you to buy it.
But on to the story: Just Another Wayside Attraction is the debut CD from Amalia Vagts and featuring Mark Stumme on guitar; Lloyd Bolz on bass; Benji Nichols on drums, David Lester on harmonica and Emily Hysjulien on backing vocals. The recording includes all original music ranging from acoustic folk to alternative country to rock. It was recorded & designed locally right here in Decorah, Iowa.
